Rustbelt Revitalization is a project of The David Dean Foundation which focuses more specifically on economic development through entrepreneurial incubation. Rustbelt Revitalization provided coaching and consulting to entrepreneurs and based on the availability of financial resources, makes grants to entrepreneurs to remove financial barriers that limit access to the market.
